Around midnight, emergency personnel were dispatched to 459 Raven Run Road in West Mahanoy Township for a Motor Vehicle accident with entrapment.
According to West Mahanoy Township Police at the scene, the driver was travelling on Raven Run Road when he swerved to miss a deer and struck a tree.
The driver was suffered a minor in the crash and was evaluated at the scene. The passenger was transported to the Shenandoah Helipad where he was flown with unknown injuries.
