Man Charged After Lighting 1/2 a Stick of Dynamite

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville on June 25th, 2020 around 8:00pm, Anthony Fitzgerald, 39, of Tamaqua was observed lighting a 1/2 stick of dynamate on Low Road in front of home in Walker Township.

State Police have charged Fitzgerald with disorderly conduct.

Charges Pending for St. Clair Man After Allegedly Violating PFA

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville on June 29th, 2020, Troopers were dispatched to Valley Road in Cass Township for a report of a PFA violation.

The victim told police that she got a PFA on Donald Seiger, 54, of Saint Clair and was served it on June 24th, 2020.  The victim told police that Seiger sent her three text messages on June 27th, 2020, violating the PFA.

Charges are pending.

Car Vandalized in North Manheim Township

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, some time between June 27th, 2020 and June 28th, 2020, someone smashed the rear window of a vehicle on Donald Avenue in North Manheim Township.

The license plate of the vehicle was also damaged.
