According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Tuesday, July 7th, 2020, troopers were dispatched to East Mahanoy Ave. in Girardville for a report of a stolen motorcycle.
An investigation led to the determination that Johnathon Davis, 20, of Girardville stole the motorcycle around 3:00am on Tuesday.
Davis admitted to police that he stole the motorcycle for parts.
Davis was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Bayer and released.
