Methamphetamine Found During Traffic Stop

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Monday, July 27th, 2020, around 1:00am, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle near the intersection of East Mahanoy Avenue and Vine Street, Girardville.

Police say the driver of the car, Patrick Teske, 47, of Ashland, admitted to being in possession of methamphetamine.

A probable cause search found the methamphetamine.

Drug charges will be filed against Teske.

Vehicle Reported Stolen from Dealership in Blythe Township

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, sometime between July 26th, 2020 and July 27th, 2020, a vehicle was stolen from Stonewall Motors, on Market Street, in Blythe Township.

The vehicle is described as a Silver Suburu Forester with a dented front driver's side door with PA Registration KHD4866.

State Police Investigate Venmo Purchase

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Saturday, July 25th, around 2:50pm, a Barnesville woman reported that he made a $650 credit card payment via Venmo to purchase a $1,000 gift card to an unidentified person she met on Facebook messenger.

After the payment was made, the victim did not receive her gift card.

State Police continue to investigate.

Loader Reported Stolen from Delano Plant

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, sometime between July 9th, 2020 and July 14th, 2020, someone stole a Komatsu wheeled loader from the Carbonite Filter Corporation, located on Hazle Street.

State Police Investigate Fraudulent Unemployment Compensation Case

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on June 3rd, 2020, someone made a fraudulent unemployment benefits case to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor using the personal information of a 65 year old woman from Pine Grove.

State Police continued to investigate.

Radio Tower Damaged

The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an incident of criminal mischief where a radio tower was damaged.

Troopers say on July 23rd, 2020, Green's Communication reported that a 600 Volt Power Cable was damaged at one of their radio towers on Gobbler Spur Road, in Wayne Township was damaged by someone.

Car Vandalized in Wayne Township

The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a vandalized vehicle in Wayne Township that occurred between July 24th, 2020 and July 25th, 2020 on Freiden Manor Court in Wayne Township.

Police say someone vandalized a Lexus sedan.
