Anna “Nancy” P. King
, 87, of Pottsville passed away Tuesday evening at Schuylkill Center Genesis., Pottsville.

Born July 29, 1933, in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late James F. and Anna K. (Camfield) King.

She was a Pottsville Catholic High School graduate and received her RN degree from Atlantic City Hospital. Later retiring in 1995 as an RN at Good Samaritan Hospital, Pottsville.

Ann was a former member of Mary Queen of Peace, Pottsville and a current member of St. Patrick’s Church, Pottsville.

She is survived by sister, Joan Selinko, Pottsville and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, James and Bernard King; sisters, Margaret Steele and Lorraine Kolessar; and fiancĂ©e, Michael G. O’Boyle.

A memorial mass will be held at the convenience of the family. A private interment will be held at St. Patrick’s #3 Cemetery. Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mary Lou McGlinchey, 72, of Lansford passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at her home. She was the former wife of the late James T. McGlinchey who passed away on July 28, 2017. Born in Coaldale, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Angela (Mikulski) Badowski. She was a graduate of Panther Valley High School, Class of 1965.Mary Lou worked for the former Kiddie Kloes Garment Factory in Lansford and last ran the Halupki House in Coaldale. She was a member of the former St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church in Lansford and current member of St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley in Summit Hill.

Surviving is a Son, Brian McGlinchey and his wife Kelly of Hometown; Daughter, Angela McGlinchey and her companion John Moravek of Lansford; Grandchildren, Madie McGlinchey and Zach McGlinchey; Brother, Richard Badowski and his wife Susie of Lansford. She was preceded in death by a Brother, Bernard Badowski and Sister, Barbara Marouchoc.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, Aug. 10, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. as well as on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2020 from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Thomas J. Parambo Funeral Home, 54 W. Fell St., Summit Hill with a Mass of Christian Burial will follow after the Tuesday Visitation at St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley, Summit Hill. Interment at Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Summit Hill. All attending the services are required to wear masks and follow all CDC regulations.

Dante Newman, 18, of Centre St., Ashland, passed away Wednesday at his residence. Born in Long Branch, NJ, November 15, 2001, he is the son of Lance Newman and Nicole Handley Lucas. He was a graduate of the North Schuylkill High School, class of 2020. Surviving in addition to his parents, is a sister Kimberly Handley

Ruby Jane Fegley, 72, Main St., Lavelle, passed away Sunday, August 9th at her residence. Born in the former Ashland State General Hospital, Fountain Springs, December 25, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Marion Eister Artman. She was a graduate of the former Ashland High School, class of 1965, and had been employed at the Sears Department Store, Frackville, and lastly as a sales person for the Bracey Pharmacy, Ashland, until her retirement in 1992.

Ruby was a member of Christ’s United Lutheran Church, Airport Road, Ashland. Preceding her in death was her brother, Larry Artman, passing in December of 2011, grandparents, Peter and Blanche Hubler , and Marcus and Ethel Kopp Artman.
