Joseph C. Walker, Sr.
, 70, of West Penn Township, PA, died on Friday, August 28, 2020 at home. He was the husband of Joan (nee Meyers) Walker to whom he was married 52 years. 

Born in Upper Darby, PA on February 4, 1950, Joseph was a son of the late Joseph H. Walker and Lillian (nee Clemens) Rogosky. A high school football player and graduate, he received an Associate’s Degree from the Philadelphia Wireless Institute and also received a Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. Joseph was a nursing home chef and prior to that was employed at Split Rock Lodge. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Ocala, Florida; a social member of the Quakake, PA American Legion; and a member of the Quakake Fire Company where he formerly served as a trustee and treasurer. Joseph enjoyed fishing and gardening; going to Ocean City, MD; and taking scenic drives. 

In addition to his wife Joan, he is survived by sons, Joseph Walker, Jr. and his wife Stacey of Tamaqua, PA and Jason Walker and his wife Patty of New Ringgold, PA; daughter, Joan Miller of Hometown, PA; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, James Walker and his wife Barbara of Nuremberg, PA; sisters, Patricia Clee of New Ringgold, Lisa Walton of Oregon, and Janis Shepard of Ohio; and stepfather, George Rogosky of Still Creek, PA. 

He was predeceased by a brother, George Rogosky. 

Arrangements are being handled by the Zizelmann-Gulla Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 500 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252.

Scott Daldos, 55 years of age, formerly of New Ringgold, passed away unexpectedly in Monroe Township, New Jersey on Friday, August 28, 2020, at the home of his brother Robert J. and his wife Donna with whom he resided.

Born Saturday, October 17, 1964 in New Brunswick, New Jersey the son of the late Robert J., and Sarah Mae (Neyer) Daldos.

Also surviving are brother, Todd A. Daldos of Lansford; nieces and nephews.

Scott enjoyed all things trains, listening to music, bowling on play station, and watching NASCAR.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be at 11 o'clock AM on Wednesday September 2, 2020, at Sky View Memorial Park located at 108 Lafayette Ave. Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252.
