HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: North Schuylkill Wins in OT Over Blue Mountain

North Schuylkill walked away with a winner over Blue Mountain after a close game in Fountain Springs.
For the first time this season, North Schuylkill fans were allowed into Spartan Stadium and boy did they get to a see a show.

The entire game between North Schuylkill and Blue Mountain was close with Blue Mountain scoring the only points in the entire first half. With a score of 7-0, Blue Mountain went into second half with a lead but not a comfortable one.

The Spartans were able to score twice taking the lead before Blue Mountain scored again to tie the game 14-14. The end of regulation ended in a tie and the game went into overtime.

To Blue Mountain's surprise, the Spartans pulled out a fake field goal pass to the end zone to take the lead 20-14, after missing the PAT.

Blue Mountain was unable to score on their try in overtime allowing North Schuylkill to take the win. Spartans end Week 3 with a record of 3-0 and Blue Mountain 1-2
