State Police Investigating Incident After Child Seriously Injured in Port Carbon

The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an incident after an 11 month old was injured in Port Carbon.

According to Trooper Tyler Brackman, the PSP Schuylkill Haven Criminal Investigation Unit was requested to investigate serious injuries sustained by an 11 month old male between the hours of 5:00pm on Friday, September 25th, 2020 and 1:30am on Saturday, September 26th, 2020.

The incident occurred at a home in the 400 Block of 2nd Street in Port Carbon.

According to Trooper Brackman, the major team case has been activated and the investigation is ongoing.
