A Schuylkill County official was called to the scene of an ATV accident near Frackville Tuesday evening.
Around 7:30pm, Tuesday, emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of Laurel Street and Butler Road in Butler Township in the Walnick Manor area near Frackville for an off road rescue involving an ATV.
UPDATE (10:00pm): According to Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner Andrew Szczyglak, Kyle Gronski, 37, of Frackville was pronounced dead at 8:04pm after the four wheeler he was driving rolled on top of him. The crash occurred about 1 1/2 miles up the pole line near Broad Mountain Nursing Home.
State Police continue to investigate the crash.
