According to the Pennsylvania State Police from Schuylkill Haven, a mere encounter between troopers and Ryan Ganter, 41, of Schuylkill Haven along Route 61 in North Manheim Township led to a clear plastic bag of suspected K2 being found in plain view on the front seat of his vehicle.
State Police will file charges against Ganter through Magisterial District Judge James Ferrier's office.
