Just before 10:00am, emergency personnel were dispatched to 307 West South Street, Mahanoy City, for a working structure fire.
The fire is reported to involve multiple homes and has been upgraded to a 2nd alarm.
Additional units from Girardville, Tamaqua, Ryan Township have been called along with the Englewood RIT team.
