A portion of Interstate 78 is closed Tuesday afternoon after a crash.
As of 1:15pm, Tuesday, Interstate 78 eastbound was closed between Exit 19(Strausstown/Route 183) and Exit 23 (Shartlesville) for a crash.
The accident occurred around 11:30am, near mile marker 21.2 in Upper Tulpehocken Township and was reported to involve an overturned tractor trailer.
