Clark was taken into custody that evening and charged with aggravated assault and simple assault and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on on $250,000 straight cash bail.

On Wednesday, Schuylkill County District Attorney Mike O'Pake signed off on additional charges against Clark for Murder in the 1st degree, murder in the 3rd degree, strangulation, and recklessly endangering another person.

District Attorney O'Pake said Wednesday that a preliminary autopsy report indicated that the cause of death was manual strangulation.
