Police Looking for Suspect that Attacked Man near New Ringgold

The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are looking for a suspect that attacked a man in his driveway in East Brunswick Township.

According to Troopers, on Wednesday, February 10th, 2021, around 8:00pm, police responded to a home on Old State Road in East Brunswick Township for a report of an assault.

A 64 year old male told police that while he was in his driveway, a Hispanic male suspect approached him and asked him where "Hector" was.  The suspect then struck the victim in the leg with a pipe-like object and got back in his vehicle.

The victim fled to his home where he retrieved a firearm then went back outside and fired one round into an embankment causing the suspect to flee the scene.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'11" tall, wearing a blue surgical face mask and a baseball cap.  The suspect was reported to have fled in a dark in color Honda or Toyota sedan with a red and green symbol on the side.
