* WHERE... This alert includes the counties of Franklin, Perry, Dauphin, Schuylkill, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York, and Lancaster
* WHEN...From 1 AM Thursday to 10 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of sleet mixed with freezing rain is possible late Thursday afternoon which may produce a light glaze of ice.
