Between 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, August 17th and Wednesday, August 18th, there were 25 new deaths identified by the Pennsylvania death registry, reported for a total of 28,018 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
No new deaths were reported in Schuylkill County.
