Dennis Lee Wenrich (Ralphie)
, 67 Deep Creek Rd., Ashland, PA passed away Thursday, Dec.30,2021 at his home.

He was born on August 7, 1954 in Ashland to Leslie Wenrich Sr. and Katie Mae Yoder of Barry Township. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Leslie and Katie Wenrich. His oldest brother Leslie Wenrich Jr. of Tower City, and his sister Joyce Densesburger, of Berwick. He will be immensely missed by his loving wife and best friend, Barbara (Fetterolf) Wenrich , his daughter Jennifer Ansbach (Wenrich) and her husband James of Ashland, and his son Timothy Wenrich and his wife Denise Wenrich of Eastwaterford,PA. and their son Zachary Blackburn and his wife Amanda. 

He will forever be loved by his "rock picking buddies" and his grandchildren Dennis Ansbach Ruiz and his husband George Ansbach Ruiz of Frackville and Christopher Ansbach of Ashland. 

He is survived by one brother Harold (Lefty) Wenrich of Ashland and one sister Ruthie Smith.

Ralphie had many friendships and held them close to his heart. He was a jack of all trades. He was an artist, talented woodworker, fantastic storyteller, mechanic, snowmobile enthusiast and would help anyone at any time. When he was younger, many knew him through his plumbing business ( D&M plumbing). In more recent years, He enjoyed raising chickens, vegetable and flower gardening, raising roses and planting trees. But, his most relaxing and precious times were spent with his "best pal" drinking tea on the front porch listening to the wind chimes and having some meaningful and witty discussion with his favorite mother in law. 

There will be a private family gathering to celebrate this unique and loving man.

Lillie Isabella Kauffman
, 90, of Auburn, passed away Monday at Providence Place, Pottsville.

Born Oct. 2, 1931, in Port Clinton, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Ann Mengel Breiner.

Lillie was a retired cafeteria manager for Blue Mountain school system. She was well known for the cooked lunches prepared for over 700 students each day.

She taught sewing as a 4-H leader in Auburn for over 60 years. The Schuylkill County Extension Office honored her with many awards for her commitment to the 4-H program.

She was a lifelong active member of Zion's Red Church, Orwigsburg, where she served many years as a Sunday School superintendent and was very active with the Ladies of Zion. Her personal pride was her 70 years of perfect Sunday School attendance. The Lutheran Church awarded her the Lamb Award, which is a national award bestowed on Lutheran adults for their outstanding contributions to youth programs.

She was also a member of Orwigsburg Chapter No. 424 of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, Harry; and brothers, Nevin and Donald Breiner.

Lillie is survived by her children, Carol Kunsman, wife of Dr. William, Dale Kauffman, husband of Patricia, and Jack Kauffman; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her brother, Leon Breiner; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to Zion's Red Church, 1287 Centre Turnpike, Orwigsburg, PA 17961.
