A fire destroyed a home overnight near Tower City.
Just after 11:30pm, firefighters were called to 15 Beagle Road in Porter Township, near Tower City for a working house fire.
Fire crews arrived on scene to find the home engulfed in flames.
The couple that lived in the home escaped uninjured after being alerted by smoke alarms.
It took firefighters several hours before bringing the fire under control.
A State Police Fire Marshal was requested to the scene to help investigate a cause.
Two firefighters were reported to have been injured during the call.
