Donald M. Walsh, 67, of Pottsville passed away on Saturday at the Lehigh Valley Hospital East Campus.

Born in Pottsville, October 11, 1955, he was the son of the late Michael and Beatrice Miller Walsh.

Donald was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Pottsville.

Donald last worked for the Pottsville School district as a custodian.

He is survived by his two sons, Dr. Brandon Walsh husband to Melissa of Allentown and Ryan Walsh husband to Dawn of Port Carbon. He is also survived by his siblings Dr. Robert Walsh husband to Debra of Easton and Maureen Walsh of Pottsville along with grandchildren, Emily, Aiden, and Jamison Walsh and nephew Michael Walsh husband to Courtney,

A memorial service will be held on Monday at Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven at 11:00 A.M. A visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services. Interment will follow on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.grabowskifuneralhome.com

Naomi M. Hummel, 76, of Schuylkill Haven passed away Tuesday while a resident of Schuylkill Center Nursing Home in Pottsville.

Naomi was born at home in Hunlock Creek, PA on December 9, 1945. She was the daughter of the late Relza and Bertha Cragle.

Naomi attended Northwest High School in Shickshinny, PA.

Naomi was a longtime employee at Scott 60 Truckstop off exit 60 in Scott PA. After its closure she last worked in customer service for Haband clothing company in Peckville, PA.

She was formerly a member of Peckville Assembly of God in Peckville PA.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson Shane Bailey, niece, Kari-Ann Dotter, and brother-in-law William Bogutzki.

Naomi is survived by her children, Michelle Kennealy wife of Thomas of Indiana, Mark VanBuskirk of California, Kelly Shubert wife of Kim of York PA, Georgette Voorhees wife of Mike of Meshoppen, PA, Tracy Barber wife of James of Moscow, PA, and DeAnn LeTourneau partner to Brian of Schuylkill Haven. She is also survived by siblings, Relza Cragle husband to Cindy of Sweet Valley, PA, Lena Schutz of Ashley PA, and Deborah Dotter wife of Bill of Hunlock Creek along with grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven is entrusted with the services.

Carol McDemus, 75, a resident of Ringtown, passed away peacefully on November 18th, 2022.

A Memorial Service followed by interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery will be held in the spring of 2023.
