After a technicality Monday evening, the Powerball numbers could be drawn but on Tuesday morning the winning numbers were announced.
Winning Numbers for Monday, November 7th, 2022
10 - 33 - 41- 47 - 56 and the Powerball number was 10
with 2X Power Play.
Monday's drawing jackpot was estimated just more than $2 Billion.
Monday evening's drawing was delayed about 10 hours as Powerball announced that the scheduled drawing "has been delayed due to a participating lottery needing extra time to complete the required security protocols."
In a statement from Powerball "Powerball has strict security requirements that must be met by all 48 lotteries before a drawing can occur. When the required security protocols are complete, the drawing will be performed under the supervision of lottery security officials and independent auditors."
Powerball has not announced if anyone hit the jackpot.
