Robert J. Howay
, 72 years of age, of Tuscarora, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at St. Lukes Miners Memorial Medical Ctr. in Coaldale, Pennsylvania.
Born Friday, November 3, 1950 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania the son of the late John, and Helen (Krynock) Howay.

Surviving are son, Jason Howay and his wife Jessie of Nesquehoning; granddaughters, Aneesa, and Mackenzie.

A 1968 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, Robert matriculated to Stephens Trade School in Lancaster. Robert had owned P&H Masonry along with his partner, and worked road construction for many years. Robert was a talented woodworker, and furniture maker. He enjoyed making wood crafts as well.

Trudy A. Klotz, 57, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Saturday, February 25th, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem.

Born in Pottsville on November 27, 1965, she was the daughter of Thomas Fritz, of Pine Grove and the late Barbara (Holdeman) Fritz.

Trudy was the wife of Norwood (Woody) Klotz.

After graduation from Pine Grove High School, Trudy was employed as an Administration Assistant at Metal Sales, Deer Lake.

Trudy is survived by a daughter, Kacie Klotz, of Jim Thorpe; five sons Jonathan Klotz, of Hometown; Tyler Klotz, of Jim Thorpe; Kristopher D. Klotz, of Lehighton; Brandon Aungst, of Pine Grove; Nicholas Klotz, of Schuylkill Haven; two dogs, Prince and Benny; future grandson Weston Lee Aungst, special cousin Kim Neal of RI, and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a sister, Michele Brewer, of NC and a brother, Edwin, husband of Tara Fritz, of FL.

She is preceded in death by her mother.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, March 1st at 11 AM at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc in Schuylkill Haven with Pastor Mike Netznik officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 10 AM until the time of services. Please remember Trudy with dressing casual for her services.

Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven.

Dawn Cosette Dippel, 94, of Deer Lake, formerly of Minersville, passed away Sunday, February 26th, at home.

Dawn was born in Mechanicsville, PA on November 23, 1928, a daughter of the late Dorothy (Womer) and Jonathan D. Snyder.

She was the widow of Robert T. Dippel Sr. who died October 7, 2000, whom she was married to for 53 years.

She was a former member of Zion's Red Church Orwigsburg.

Dawn was a member of the Orwigsburg Eastern Star and was a proud leader of Brownie Troop #265 in Minersville. She felt that she made a difference and inspired her brownies as they continued on to be girl scouts.

Dawn is survived by a daughter, Janine, wife of Daniel Choplick, of Friedensburg; a son, Robert Jr, husband of Eneida Dippel, of Pine Grove.

She is also survived by grandchildren, Jonathan Nush, of Friedensburg, Ashley Holshue wife of Russell,of Pine Grove, Roby Mills, wife of James, of Hamburg; great grandchildren, who were her pride and joy, Dakota Holshue, Sydney Holshue, and Grace Mills, a special trusted caring neighbor Robyne Faust and a beloved cat Rascal.

Preceded in death by a brother Jonathan Snyder.

Celebration of life memorial services will be held on Monday March 6 at 1 pm with a visitation from 12 till 1 at Ebling Stabingas Funeral Home Cressona. Private Interment will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery Port Carbon.

Wayne R. Yoder, 62, of Lavelle, Butler Township, formerly of Minersville, passed away on Friday at home.

Born on December 16, 1960 in Pottsville, he was the oldest son of the late Melvin and Geraldine (Stoudt) Yoder. He was a 1978 graduate of Minersville High School. He was a former Schwan’s representative; and was last employed by MI Windows, Gratz.

Wayne is survived by his companion, Patricia L. Miller; two children, Shane Yoder and Nicole Yoder; three grandchildren, Dylan and Catherine Yoder and Damien Barr. He is also survived by four brothers, Kevin Yoder, Minersville, Todd Yoder (spouse, Camille), Forestville, Brian Yoder (spouse, Jen), Branchdale, and Dale Yoder (spouse, Holly), Jonestown, Cass Township; nieces and nephews; a maternal uncle, George Slane, Ashland.

Dutcavich Funeral Home has charge.
