Retired State Police Members Visit Shenandoah Valley

Recently, two retired members of the Pennsylvania State Police paid a visit to the Shenandoah Valley High School where they were shown a plaque that honored 55 members who served in the State Police from the Shenandoah area.

The plaque donated by the Shenandoah Valley Student Council was the only one in the state to provide such recognition.

After becoming aware of this recognition, the retired troopers from the Nanticoke area decided to have a similar plaque mounted in their school.

Submitted Photo/Shown in the photo L-R: Paul Wazenski from Hanover Township who volunteered to construct the plaque, and retired troopers from the Nanticoke area Stanley Jezewski & Sgt. Chet Zaremba, Brian Waite SV Superintendent, Bob Yudinsky SV Public Relations, & Dave Lukashunas SV Facilities Director.
