Ida Mae Piccin
, 88, of Nesquehoning, PA and formerly of Owl Creek, PA, died on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, in Nesquehoning. She was the wife of the late Francis “Frank” J. Piccin to whom she was married 50 years at the time of his death in April 2004. 

Born in Coaldale, PA on April 7, 1935, Ida was a daughter of the late Vernon F. and Mary Ellen (Lorah) Sinn. A 1953 graduate of Tamaqua High School, Ida worked in the garment industry. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tamaqua where she had been active in church activities. Ida loved her home and flower garden and enjoyed sharing stories about her flowers. 

She is survived by her son, David J. Piccin of Andreas, PA; sister, Sandra Yemm of Schuylkill Haven, PA; sister-in-law, Betty Sinn of Lansdale, PA; and many nephews and nieces. 

In addition to her husband Frank, Ida was predeceased by her brother, Vernon and a sister, Eleanor Stevenson. 

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the Tamaqua Public Library, 30 South Railroad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252, or Locks of Love at locksoflove.org or mailed to 234 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33405. 

Arrangements are being handled by the Zizelmann-Gulla Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Tamaqua.

Clifford Loving
, 64, of Tamaqua, passed away Tuesday morning in Lehighton.

Born in Radford, VA on December 18, 1958 he was the son of the late Betty L. (Mannon) Loving-Hylton and Eugene L. Loving.

Cliff graduated from Northside High School, Roanoke VA.

He was of the Baptist faith.

Clifford served in the United States Air Force for 12 years and was a recruiter.

He was the husband of Leanne (Best) Loving, they were married in 1979.

He previously worked as a sales representative for Bradley-Caldwell in Hazleton. He was currently employed by Country Junction in Lehighton as a manager in the Lawn & Garden Department.

Cliff enjoyed hunting, fishing, building, and woodworking. Most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was well known for making pickles and baking bread.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Rita Caldwell.

He is survived by; wife Leanne (Best) Loving; brother William Loving, Natural Bridge VA; daughter Lisha Danner (James), Lehighton; son Steven Loving (Jamie), Tamaqua; daughter Erika Clapp (Robert), Rockwell TX; 7 grandchildren Kaitlyn, Adam, Mason, Emma, Lilian, Kyndall & Gabriel; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 20th at Christ Evangelical Free Church, 2440 Blakeslee Blvd. Dr. W., Lehighton. Call 10-11 a.m. Saturday in the church.

Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home Inc, 901 Centre St, Ashland PA has been entrusted with arrangements.

Suzan E. Fink, 70, of Auburn, passed away Tuesday, May 9th, at her home. 

Suzan was born in Pottsville, Pa. on August 9, 1952, a daughter of the late Nancy C. (Meyer) and Gerald N. Fink. 

She was last employed in home health care Suzan is survived by three sisters, Carole, wife o Rodney Davis, Natalie, wife of Jerry Bachman, Beth, wife of Kevin Montgomery. A brother, Gerald, husband of Karen Fink. Nieces and nephews. 

All services are private. 

Interment Schuylkill Memorial Park. Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville entrusted with the arrangements.
