Cecilia “Cheech” Campbell
, 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by family.

Daughter of Nicholas and Elizabeth Carullo, Cheech was born on December 20, 1946 in Ashland, PA and was a 1964 high school graduate of Immaculate Heart. A prior owner of a pool business, Cheech also worked at Olympic Pools in Wilkes-Barre, PA as a manager and saleswoman for 23 years and thoroughly enjoyed selling fun and recreation. She valued her work and loved her customers whom she treated like family.

Cheech was a proud and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a natural gift for making you feel as though you were the only person in the room. She loved to entertain during holidays, watch her stories with her cats, cheer during football season, and spend time celebrating her family. Additionally, Cheech’s love language was feeding and serving others. From her holiday soup to her meatballs to her most magical angel hair pasta, everyone felt (and tasted) the strong love and security she provided through her cooking.

Cecilia positively impacted everyone’s life with her bright laughter, warm personality, and genuine soul. She will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew her.

Cecilia is survived by her spouse, Bruce Campbell, daughter, Nicole Graziano and her partner, Curt Kalbach, daughter, Janine Graziano-Full and spouse, Nicholas Full, Annette Zuzu and spouse, Brian Zuzu, daughter, Cindee Abachnou and spouse, Sam Abachnou, son, Todd Campbell, grandchildren, Lea Graziano-Bann, Olivia Full, Raymond Full, Elizabeth Full, Bailey Zuzu, Addison Zuzu, Bradan Zuzu, Asher Abachnou, Sophia Abachnou, Zara Abachnou, Zayne Abachnou, Ryne Campbell, Brelyn Willis, great grandchildren, Kinley Zuzu, Charlotte Willis, and sister, Jean Cannon. Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents and son, Anthony Graziano.

Although it is difficult to lose such a magnetic life force as Cheech, we find comfort in knowing she is peacefully reunited with her son and know her soul will live long and strong in our hearts. “I carry your heart with me. I carry it in my heart.”

To help honor and celebrate Cecilia’s life, please consider donating to your local SPCA as Cecilia was an honest animal lover and big fan of “The Price is Right.”
