Richard C. “Rick” Stoll, Jr. 68 of Auburn, formerly of Lancaster, died peacefully Monday evening with his family by his side.

He was born September 3, 1955, in Lancaster a son of the late Richard C. Sr, and Dorothy Roschel Stoll.

He was a graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, Lancaster.

Prior to retiring Rick was a sales rep for Sears and American Remodeling.

He was a member of the APA Pool Team, an avid target shooter, and loved swimming and scuba diving.

He was preceded in death a sister Judy Byerly.

Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Karen G. Heiselman Stoll; 4 sons, Shawn Stoll, Pottsville; Ryan Stoll, York; Daryl Stoll, Millersville; Kurt Dimmerling, Mount Joy; 6 grandchildren; a sister Nicole Elliot, Cincinnati, OH; 2 brothers-in-law, Kevin Heiselman and John Byerly.

Service of Remembrance will be held Monday at 11AM from James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Rick be made to Compassus Hospice 1001 James Dr Ste B34 Leesport, PA 19533.

Elaine K. Booble
, 83, of Frackville, passed away Wednesday morning at her residence.

Born at the former Ashland Hospital, she was a daughter of the late Andrew Kahudic and the late Laura Kunash Macola. She was a graduate of the former Frackville High School, class of 1958.

Elaine worked as a telephone operator and coin collector for 36 years for Bell Telephone Company, Frackville: she previously worked as a secretary for the Department of State in Harrisburg.

She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Frackville and is known as a christian crusader within her family because of her devotion to her faith. Lainie put a smile on everyone’s face.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, George Macola; a sister; Dorothy Sankus and a brother; Andrew Kahudic.

Elaine is survived by her husband of 64 years, Albert Booble, Frackville; a daughter; Kimberly Booble, Pine Grove; a sister; Mary Anne Kushwarra, Frackville; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning, March 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Ann R.C. Church, Frackville with Rev. Giuseppe C. Esposito, pastor, as celebrant. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. till time of Mass. Interment with will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, at a later date.

Donations in Elaine’s name can be made to St. Joseph the Worker Parish Memorial Fund, 7 S. Broad Mountain Ave., Frackville, PA 17931.
