Individual Surrenders Peacefully in Shenandoah Heights Incident

A mental health situation in Shenandoah Heights on Friday ended peacefully.

The incident closed Schuylkill Avenue on Friday afternoon with law enforcement speaking to the individual involved over a loudspeaker from the street.

The individual voluntarily surrendered to authorities without incident.
