Christine M. (Dievert) Capitani
, 51, of Tremont, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, May 16, 2024 at her home.

Born in Chester, September 15, 1972 a daughter of the late Francis Dievert and Jacqueline Ridington Denny.

Christine was last employed as a certified nursing assistant in the home health industry, working for Maxim Healthcare.

She loved her family more than anything. Christine could always be found spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are her two daughters, Kimberly Conrad and Faith McDevitt, both of Tremont; two grandsons, Shawn Lyle and Joshua Conrad; several cousins including Karen Zalewski, Upland, whom she considered a sister; a niece, Dawn Stark, Mt. Carmel, who was like a daughter to her. Christine was a motherly figure to many and had multiple "adopted daughters" whom she loved.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024 from 5-6 PM at the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Dimon Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 644 E Grand Avenue, Tower City, PA 17980 to help with expenses.

Thomas B. Hosler
, 61 years of age of Middleport, Pennsylvania died suddenly on Friday, May 17, 2024, at home.

Born Wednesday, November 21, 1962 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania the son of the late Charles F. and Barbara (Houser) Hosler. Tom was also predeceased by his wife, Maribeth (Dodson) Hosler on January 27, 2001.

Surviving are; son, Thomas Lee Franklin Hosler and his fiancee Morgan Lusch; sisters, Cindy Rascavage wife of "Lenny", Karen Hosler, Holly Breiner wife of Bill; brother, Bud Hosler and his wife Deb. Many nieces and nephews survive Tom.

Tom was a long haul truck driver who, like his father, and brother, drove not only for a living, but because he loved the road and lifestyle. Tom attended Tamaqua Schools, was a member of the West Penn Rod and Gun Club, and Trinity Lutheran Church of Tamaqua. A "Harley Dude", always wearing a bandanna, long sleeve Harley shirt, jeans and riding boots, you knew when Tommy entered the room. Tom's greatest achievement was that of Dad. Maribeth passed away when his son was a toddler. Tom provided a loving home, and life. which enabled his son to become a terrific young man. Tom loved his son deeply. Tom was the comedian of the family;; he looked forward to family events, and cherished the companionship of his dog Digg.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening May 22, 2024 at the funeral home from 5 to 7:00 P.M

Graveside Services will be held on Thursday morning May 23, 2024 at 10 o'clock A.M. from Odd Fellows, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
