Riley was born in Reading, PA on February 24, 2025.
In addition to her parents, she is also survived by two sisters: Jayleen Davis, & Ariana Davis, maternal grandmother, Lucy Rumberger, paternal grandfather, Marquette Davis & wife, Omaira, paternal grandmother, Eletha Smith & husband, Anthony, maternal aunts and uncles: Richard Rumberger, Jr., Andrew Rumberger, Kristina Schwenk, & Seth Rumberger, paternal aunts and uncles: Alexis Harris, Synquette Davis, Dorion Cruz, Enadia Cruz, Ciannah Davis, & Nakai Davis, and three cousins: Jayse, Ava, & Lenyx.
Riley is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Richard Rumberger, Sr.
Services details will be announced upon completion of arrangements.

Margaret "Mag" Devanney, 97, former resident of Shenandoah, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21st at Glenbrook Rehab and Nursing Center, Berwick.

Lois M. Herman, 94, of Tower City, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Well Span Hospital, Lebanon.
Lois was born in Wiconisco on Saturday, November 29, 1930, a daughter of the late Jonathan and Stella Watkeys Batddorf. She was a graduate of the former Wiconisco High School.
Lois retired after working over 33 years with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where she was a secretary for the Department of Health.
She was a very active member of the Christ United Methodist Church, Tower City, where she formerly served as the secretary for the church council. She could often be found helping out wherever need, especially in the kitchen, where she volunteered countless hours. Lois was very active with the annual shoe fly pie baking. She was also a member of the Glen Chapter of the Eastern Star, Lykens.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, William Herman, 2006; two brothers, Howell and Harold Baddorf.
Lois is survived by her daughter, Linda M. Filler and her husband, Kevin Filler, Myerstown; two grandson, Kevin Filler (Yajaira) and Andrew Filler (Heather) both of Lebanon; five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM from the Christ United Methodist Church, Tower City. Visitation will be from 11:30-12:00. Lois will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.
In lieu of flowers donations in Lois's memory can be made to the Christ U.M. Church, 400 E Grand Ave, Tower City, PA 17980.
