He was born on June 16, 1934, in Pottsville, a son of the late Charles E. Roberts, Sr., and Helene (Cawthern) Roberts.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Nancy (Frantz) Roberts, to whom he was married for 65 years. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Borrelli.
Charlie was a member of St. Clair Wade United Methodist Church. He was a 1952 graduate of Pottsville Area High School and attended Penn State University. He worked as a Manager for Air Products and Chemicals in Allentown.
Charlie proudly served in the United States Army.
He is also survived by his daughters, Diane Boris of Orwigsburg, Deborah Roberts of Orwigsburg, and Denise Amato, wife of Joe, of New Cumberland, PA; his grandchildren, Collin, Michael, and Lauren; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Religious Service will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the James H. Evans Funeral Home, Inc., St. Clair, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jack Murray officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Wednesday morning. Interment will be held in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
The family would prefer contributions in Charlie's memory to the St. Clair Wade United Methodist Church, 23 North Front Street, St. Clair, PA 17970, or Child Development Inc., 2880 Pottsville-Minersville Highway, Minersville, PA 17954.
The family would like to thank the staff of Seton Manor for their compassion and care for Charlie.

Born in Coaldale on September 21, 1953, Jeanne was the daughter of the late John and Mildred (Morgavich - Mazar) Murphy. A graduate of Panther Valley High School, she dedicated many years to her career before retiring in 2019. From 2001 until her retirement, she served as the Office Manager at Sky-View Memorial Park.
Jeanne found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as: appreciating the beauty of nature, hummingbird watching, jewelry-making, Beatles music, reading a good book, sipping tea with her daughter, strolling Penny Lane in Rehoboth, beach-combing & beach-going. Her creative and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Thomas A. Blonsky, on February 27, 2013, as well as her sisters, Mildred "Mitzi" Murphy and Catherine "Kayann" Sommers, and her brother, John Matthew Murphy.
In addition to her daughter, Kate, Jeanne is survived by her nieces and nephews and her special, BabeeCat.

Eleanor M. Moyer, 91, former resident of Schuylkill Haven, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 17th, at Luther Ridge at Seiders Hill, Pottsville.
Born in Pottsville on August 29, 1934, she was the daughter of the late William and Alice (Helm) Hewes.
On November 19th, 1955, Eleanor married the late Lamar Moyer who passed away in 2020.
Eleanor loved dancing, crafting, baking, shopping, and making jokes. Most of all, she loved her family.
Eleanor is survived by a son, Michael Moyer, husband of Donna, of Ashland, and a daughter, Tammy, wife of George Noecker, of Schuylkill Haven. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Catherine, wife of Justin Cohick, of Schuylkill Haven; Christine, wife of Jared Sabitsky, of Cressona; Caren, wife of Ryan Kalinish, of Wyomissing; Ashley, wife of Justin Richter, of Schuylkill Haven; & Tanner Noecker, husband of Megan, of Auburn. She is also blessed with eight great grandchildren: Penelope, Goldie, Harlow, Isla, Mila, Landon, Ellinor, & Lucia.
Eleanor was the youngest surviving member of her immediate family, preceded in death by brothers: William, Samuel, Russell, Pierre, & Jewels Jack Hewes, and her sisters: Sara Lesher, Virginia Dreher, Dawn Smith, & Alice Carroll.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday, September 29th at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc in Schuylkill Haven. A viewing will be held from 10:30 AM until the start of the service.
Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.

Francis Martin "Frank" Laczynski, Sr., 75, of Beauty Mary Way, Pine Grove, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 in the Hershey Medical Center.
Born on December 16, 1949 in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a son of the late Frank and Stella Martinchuk Laczynski.
He was a graduate of Bishop Loughlin High School and received and Associates Degree from New York City Community College.
Frank was in the United States Navy from 1969-1978 and in the United States Army from 1978-1991, attaining the rank of MSgt.
He was a Road Car Inspector for the New York City Transit Authority.
Frank had been a Boy Scout Leader and a member of the Greenpoint Ambulance Corp, Pine Grove American Legion and Palmyra Sports Club. He volunteered at the Yuengling Lager Jogger, was an avid hunter, and enjoyed woodworking, painting, coin and music collecting and traveling. He especially enjoyed traveling to see his grandchildren and loved his family. He was a good mentor, not only to his children but to everyone and touched the lives of many family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.
Preceding him in death was a sister, Lucille Sikorski.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Joanna Gaydek Laczynski; two sons, Francis "Frankie" Jr. and wife Joy Laczynski of Staten Island, N.Y., Scott and wife Agnes Laczynski of Chesterfield, N.J.; a daughter, Diana and husband John Cassavella of Stafford, VA; seven grandchildren, Angelica Laczynski, Madison Laczynski, Christopher Laczynski, Tyler Laczynski, Mackenzie Laczynski, Carla Cassavella and Dominick Cassavella.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
