Billy Jo Fisher
, 47, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Saturday, August 30th, at St. Lukes, Bethlehem.

Billy Jo was born in Bristol, PA on October 22, 1977, a son of the late Alberta Harris and Billy Jo Fisher.

Attended Panther Valley High School

He worked as a dispatcher for Tri State Envelope.

He was a member of the Humane Fire Co. #1, Mahanoy City.

Billy Jo is survived by fiancé Bridget Rydzy; three daughters, Kathleen Chapman, of Mahanoy City; Cassandra Chapman, of Mahanoy City; Brielle Fisher, of Ashland; a son, Ryan Fisher, of Mahanoy City; and by three sisters, Pamela Fisher, of NC.; Dawn, wife of Thomas Allison, of FL; Angel Fisher, of FL. Nieces and nephews; Three grand puppies that he loved very much.

He is preceded in death by a brother Joe Bob Fisher.

Friends and family may gather on Monday September 8th, from 5 to 8 PM at the Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home & Crematory Inc.

Following the viewing Billy will be going on Humane Fire Engine 4810 for his final ride.

William “Bill” J. Fisher Jr., aka “Pop” or “Pops”
, 76, of Ashland passed away Saturday afternoon August 30th at his residence surrounded by family after a long hard-fought battle with Lewy Body Dementia.

Born in Philadelphia on October 7, 1948 he was the son of the late Betty Mae (Kline) and William J. Fisher Sr.

Bill graduated from Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School. He received an associate’s degree from Montgomery County Community College in General Studies. He was a police officer in Whitemarsh Township for many years before moving to Schuylkill County. Bill also worked in sales and for a blasting company.

Bill was an Army veteran. He completed the Airborne Course at Fort Benning, GA. He was an Army parachute rigger stationed in Korea during the Vietnam War.

He was a member of Frackville American Legion, Lifetime member of the VFW, American Legion Riders and Good Fellowship Club. Bill loved spending time with his wife and their pets Ava & Dusty, riding his Harley, trap shooting, shooting pool, and spending time with his friends, especially Bob and Bobby.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Robert A. Fisher and son William J. Fisher III.

Surviving are; wife Elizabeth A. (Krolick) Fisher of 35 years; mother in law Brigitta Krolick, Morea; 2 daughters Amy Brennan (Mike), Reading and Rebecca Taylor (Sam), Morehead City NC; 3 brothers Keith C. Fisher (Michele), Oakland AL; Daniel T. Fisher (Christina), Cape Coral FL; Donald P. Fisher (Rochelle), Conshohocken; 2 sisters in law Felicia Krolick, Swoyersville and Nicole King-who was always there for him (Austin), Morea; brother in law Stephen Krolick, Morea; 1 granddaughter; 3 grandsons; several nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews.

Graveside services with full military honors will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville PA 17003 at 1:00 PM on Monday September 15, 2025 with Pastor Dana Beil officiating. A funeral procession for Bill will begin to assemble promptly at 11:30 AM on Monday September 15, 2025 at the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home in Ashland.

Anna B. Stelmack
, beloved wife, mother, mam - mam, sister, 88 years of age of McAdoo, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at home while in the loving care of her family.

Born Friday, August 20, 1937 in Hazleton the daughter of the late John and Anna (Hametz) Bogash. Anna was also predeceased by; sisters, Margaret Bennick, Rita Ritsick, Dorothy Fidishun, Veronica Stahler; brothers, John Bogash, Joseph Bogash.

Surviving are; her husband of 67 years, Leon Stelmack; daughter, Renee M. Baddick and her companion Chad Ahner; sons, Mark L. Stelmack and his wife Michelle, David J. Stelmack; brother, Edward "Edso" Bogash and his wife Patricia; grandchildren, Kyle Stelmack and his wife Morgan, Tyler Stelmack and his companion Sean, Crystal Tracy and companion TJ, Shane Baddick and his companion Jesse, Dylan Baddick and his companion Ashley, Madison Baddick; great grandchildren, Kellen, Max, and Oliver.

A graduate of the former McAdoo High School, Anna was a homemaker who enjoyed tending to her home and while keeping it current through her knack for interior design. Anna was a talented sewer, making everything from curtains, Halloween costumes & her childrens clothes. Later in life she enjoyed doing "Adult Colorings". She loved her children & grandchildren / great-grandchildren. Nothing made her happier than holding her grandbabies & babysitting.

Anna was a devout Catholic & member of St. Mary's Ukranian Catholic Church of McAdoo.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10 o'clock A.M. on Friday September 5, 2025 followed by Panachida from St. Mary's Ukranian Greek Catholic Church of McAdoo located at 210 West Blaine Street McAdoo, Pennsylvania 18237, Father Oleh Kuhts to officiate. Friends and family may call in church of Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of Liturgy.

Private Interment will be in Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville Pennsylvania.
