Born in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Patrick John Tierney, Jr and the late Bertha Mae (Everett) Tierney. Barry had worked for UGI as a Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Specialist for over 35 years until he retired in 2015.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Daniel J. Kuzma (Becky Moss), Barnesville, PA, Patrick J. Tierney (Molly Stone), St. Clair., PA; one daughter, Regina Kuzma (George Graham), Willoughby Hills, OH; 4 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at the Convenience of the family.

Donna J. Dabashinsky, 86, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Thursday, September 25th, at home.
Born in Pottsville on December 22, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Coller) and Isaac Gehrig.
Donna was the widow of John M. Dabashinsky.
After graduating from Pottsville School of Nursing, Donna began her career as a registered nurse at Greenview Nursing Home, where she worked for many years.
She later continued her nursing career in the physical therapy unit at Pottsville Hospital.
Donna is survived by three children: Donna Goetz; John Dabashinsky, husband of Donna; and Kimberly, wife of Keith Wilson; all of Schuylkill Haven.
She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; sisters, Helen Noecker & Eva Buchanan; and her cat, Molly.
In addition to her husband and parents, Donna is preceded in death by a brother, Wilbur Gehrig and a sister, Phyllis Trapani.
A Memorial Service will be held from 1:00- 3:00 PM at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven, on Wednesday, October 1st.
Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

William F. Garrity, 79, of Minersville passed away Saturday September 27 , 2025 peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and his beloved dog Elvis.
Born in Lost Creek November 15 , 1945 he was a son of the late Richard and Marian (Wolfe) Garrity.
A graduate of Shenandoah Catholic High School, he went on to serve in the US Navy in Vietnam aboard the USS Forrestal.
He retired as an administrative assistant from the PA Treasury Department and also served as president of AFSCME local 972.
He was a member of the former St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, Minersville; Lifetime member of Amvets; and past member of Cass Township AOH;
William enjoyed Fishing, Casino trips, Notre Dame and the Philadelphia Eagles. He especially loved watching all of his grandchildren play sports.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Rosalie (Bracey) Garrity in 2021. Brothers Richard Garrity; Anthony Garrity; Sister Marianna Marken.
Surviving are 4 Sons William F. Garrity Jr. and his wife Ginger of St. Clair; Anthony Garrity and his wife Deborah of Minersville; Brian Garrity of Schoentown; Shawn Garrity widower of Loreen of Schoentown; Grandchildren Tobi Garrity; Logan Seamus Garrity; Liam Richard Garrity; Marc Galen; Matthew Johnston; Amber Bohn; Sarah Johnston; Chelsey Johnston; Several Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Thursday October 2 , 2025 from St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 250 E. Hancock St. St. Clair, PA 17970. Rev. Jojappa Adatgatla will be officiating. Friends may call from 9:00-11:00 AM at the church. In Lieu of flowers contribution may be made to Schuylkill County Babe Ruth 7 Longview Dr. Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972. Burial with military honors will be held at St. Casimir Roman Catholic Cemetery, Port Carbon. Donald J. Butler Funeral Home, Minersville, is in charge of arrangements.

Lee T. Wessner, 78, of Dad Burnham's Rd., Schuylkill Haven, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at home.
Born on June 30, 1947 in Pottsville, he was a son of the late William and Alma Strauch Wessner.
He was a 1965 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School and Carbon St. Academy.
Lee was a U.S. Army Veteran for 3 years, having served in Vietnam as a Specialist Fifth Class.
He worked for Newport Homes, Penn Dye and retired from Honeywell.
Lee was an avid Phillies and Eagles Fan. He could often be heard screaming at the TV during games.
Preceding him in death by a sister, Lois Carver and two brothers, John and Randy Wessner.
Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Susan Bercher Wessner; three sons, Daryl and wife Alethea Wessner, Wade and wife Melissa Wessner, both of Pine Grove, Travis and wife Tammy Wessner of Lebanon; a step daughter, Amy and husband Bruce Boyer; a step son, Steve Schaeffer; 10 grandchildren, Kaelen, Sean, Cody, Jeremy, Megan, Sophia, Lauren, Isaac, Calista and Payton; a brother, David and wife Debbie Wessner; a sister-in-law Peggy Bercher; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, Lee requested to please have a family night out and enjoy yourselves.
