Joseph Lombardo, 73, a resident of Lost Creek, passed away peacefully at home on November 29th, 2025.Joe was born in Philadelphia on April 11, 1952, a son of the late Frank and Margaret (McConville) Lombardo. He was a 1970 graduate of the Shenandoah Valley High School, and then entered the United States Army, serving as a PV2 earning the National Defense Service Medal, Expert Marksman (M-16, Hand Grenade and .45 Calibre) and Sharpshooter Badges, along with his basic Airborne Training.
He worked as a carpenter throughout his lifetime, and was a member of the former St. George's Church in Shenandoah. Joe enjoyed spending time around his home, fishing and shopping with his wife of 35 years, Melissa (Jarzinko) Lombardo.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his daughter, Krystal Lombardo and by his twin brother, Thomas Lombardo.
He is survived by his wife, Missy Lombardo; a daughter; and by two sisters, Mary Engle of Girardville and Dolores Stahl of Philadelphia, along with nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Monday, December 8th, 2025 from 9:30-11:30 am at the Walukiewicz Oravitz-Fell Funeral Home, 132 South Jardin Street, Shenandoah. Joe will be laid to rest at 12:30 PM following Military Honors at the Indiantown National Cemetery in Annville.

Timothy Charles Willingham, age 61, of Frackville, PA passed away Wednesday, November 26th, 2025 at his home.Born in Pottsville, PA on June 23, 1964, he was the son of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Katchu) Willingham.
Tim was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, Class of 1983. He served in the US Navy from 1982 till 1990. Tim worked as a Corrections Officer at SCI Mahanoy City for 25 years and was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Pottsville.
Tim is survived by his wife of 26 years, Denise A. (Sabol) Willingham; sisters: Judy Noecker and her husband Frank, Schuylkill Haven; and Jill Buchanna and her husband Kenneth, Port Carbon; nephews; and his loyal pups Guinness and Jamison.
A Religious Service will be held at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home, Port Carbon at 11AM on Thursday, December 4th, with Rev. Brian Reading and Rev. Michael Smith officiating.
Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday morning from 9-11AM at the Funeral Home.
Interment with Military Honors will be held at the St. Joseph the Woodworker Cemetery, Frackville.

Janet Marie (Fees) Zelanko, age 84, of Orwigsburg, PA passed away Wednesday, November 26th, 2025 at St, Luke's Hospital, Allentown Campus.Born in New Philadelphia, PA on August 15, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Bardzak) Fees.
Janet was a graduate of Port Carbon Soldiers Memorial High School. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Port Carbon. Janet took pleasure in life's simple things like musicals, listening to old music, parties, playing bingo, baking, eating good food, and spending time with family.
Janet is survived by daughter Lisa M. Cecchini and her husband Mark, Auburn; son Charles V. Zelanko III, Pottsville; grandchildren: Cierra and Kirkland Zelanko, Pottsville; and brother Charles Fees, Landingville.
A Graveside Service will be held at Schuylkill Memorial Park Cemetery at 2PM on Thursday, December 4th, with Rev. Lorraine Heckman officiating.
