Harry A. Montgomery, 62, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Wednesday, December 3rd, at his residence.Born in Pottsville on August 25, 1963, he was the son of the late Maxine (Huffman) Schaeffer and stepfather, Glenn Schaeffer.
Together 38 years, Harry is survived by his significant other, Lou Ann Correll.
Harry was a 1981 graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School.
He retired as a Supervisor from Prysmian, Schuylkill Haven where he was employed for 38 years.
Harry loved to hunt, fish, and ride his Harley. He also enjoyed watching the San Francisco 49ers and NASCAR, especially his favorite driver, Kyle Busch. In his free time, he and Lou Ann traveled to Potter County where they loved to camp.
In addition to Lou Ann, Harry is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Correll; a son, Charlie Correll; two sisters, Cindy, wife of Mark Pielacha; Mary Ann, wife of David Fincher; and a brother, Tim Montgomery, husband of Gloria. He is also survived by grandchildren, Hunter, Lilah, & Sage Correll; and nieces and nephews: Carissa & Michael Fincher, and Grace Pielacha.
In addition to his mother and stepfather, Harry is preceded in death by his dog and best friend, Gunner.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, December 9th at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc in Schuylkill Haven. A visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until the time of services.

Michael Edward “Pizzo” Heffron, 61, of Duncott, passed away Saturday November 29, 2025 at his home.
Born in Pottsville on June 24, 1964 he was a son of Cecelia (Pizzo) Heffron and the late Harold E. Heffron both of New Minersville
He was a 1982 graduate of Minersville Area High School later attending the “School of Hard Knocks”
Mike owned and operated his contracting business Michael E. Heffron Construction Service
He was also a member of Phoenix Park Union Church.
Mike will be remembered for his exceptional carpentry skills, his deep appreciation for nature, his love for hunting, and his three sons.
Surviving in addition to his mother are 3 sons Evan Heffron, Aaron Heffron and Aidan Heffron all of Hecksherville; Sister Angela Holobetz and her husband Michael of Kaska; brother Jason Heffron of Duncott; Nieces and Nephews.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Phoenix Park Church, 2159 Main St. Pottsville, PA 17901. Dutcavich Funeral Home & Cremation Care Inc is in charge of arrangements.
He was also a member of Phoenix Park Union Church.

Tammy Kauffman, 57, of Orwigsburg, passed away Monday, November 24th, at her residence.
Tammy was born in Pottsville a daughter of the late Sharon Marie (Zettlemoyer) McClure.
She was previously employed in the Admissions Department at the Penn State Milton S Hershey Medical Center and also Hydro in Cressona and Cardnal Systems in Reading.
Tammy is survived by her step brother Alan McClure, niece Ashley Gipe, nephew Andrew Gipe, husband of Jessica, niece Alison McClure, great nephews Hudson & Lukah Gipe.
Celebration of Life service for Tammy & her mother Sharon will be held at 11:00 on Thursday, December 11th at Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. in Orwigsburg, PA, with Rev Jeff Johnson officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM
Interment at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Inc.
Sharon was born in Pottsville on March 12, 1946, a daughter of the late Mildred P. (Kershner) and Irwin Charles Zettlemoyer.
She was the widow of Norman Amos McClure.
Sharon was a graduate of Blue Mountain High School and worked as an Assistant Bank Manager at the former Sovereign Bank in Orwigsburg.,
Sharon is survived by her step son Alan McClure, brother Charles Zettlemoyer, husband of Maggie
Sharon is also survived her grandchildren Alison McClure, Ashley Gipe, Andrew Gipe, husband of Jessica. Great Grandchildren Hudson & Lukah Gipe, and nephew David Zettlemoyer.
She was predeceased by her daughter Tammy Kauffman on November 24th of this year.
A Celebration of Life service for both Sharon & her daughter Tammy will be on Thursday, December 11th at Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. in Orwigsburg, PA with Rev Jeff Johnson officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Interment at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Inc.

Helen H. Mindick, 95, of Pine Grove, passed away Thursday, December 4th, at her daughter's residence.
Born in Sybertsville, PA on January 26, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Nola (Mowery) and Adam Heckrote.
Helen was the widow of Edward Mindick. The couple shared 47 years of marriage together.
She graduated in 1951 from Lankenau School of Nursing.
Helen was employed as a Registered Nurse at Jefferson Frankford Hospital, Philadelphia, where she had also retired.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society.
Helen had a passion for crocheting and making beautiful table cloths and blankets for her family and friends. She spent years playing card games with friends at Swatara Village. She truly loved spending time with her family and friends.
Helen is survived by a daughter, Linda, wife of Donald Clark, Sr.; a step son, Joseph Mindick, husband of Jean; grandchildren, Jennifer, wife of Vincenzo Marsico; Melissa Clark; Donald Clark, Jr., Linda Clark Madden, wife of James Madden; and great grandchildren, Vincenzo Marsico II; Daniella Marsico, Ava Fortner, and Hazen Madden.
In addition to her parents and husband, Helen is preceded in death by sisters, Harriet and Loraine; brother, Donald; and step daughter, Katherine Serafin.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 13th at St. John's Lutheran Church in Pine Grove. A viewing will be held from 9:30 until the beginning of the service at church. Interment will follow at Conyngham Union Cemetery.
