The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce has announced the addition of two new team members.
Robert S. Carl Jr., President and CEO of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce, said he and Executive Vice President Samantha Chivinski are excited to welcome the new employees to the Chamber team.
"Samantha Chivinski, Executive Vice President, and I are excited that we were able to make these chamber TEAM member transitions effectively and efficiently. We ask all of our chamber members to welcome both Olivia Erickson and Dawn Pritiskutch to the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce as we carry out our mission dedicated to serving our members and affiliates with value-added programs and services, and improving the quality of life and economic vitality of our greater Schuylkill County region and all areas of Pennsylvania we serve," Carl said.
Olivia Erickson Named Events & Marketing Coordinator
Olivia Erickson joined the Chamber in late May after graduating from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She has assumed the role of Events & Marketing Coordinator, where she will assist with planning, coordinating and promoting the Chamber’s extensive lineup of events and programs.A graduate of Marian Catholic High School, Erickson was actively involved in leadership and campus organizations during her time at Kutztown University. She served as a Presidential Ambassador, helping strengthen connections among students, alumni, faculty, staff and benefactors through university initiatives and events.
Erickson also served as president of the Women in STEM Club, where she organized events, managed budgets and worked with university departments and corporate partners to create educational and networking opportunities.
According to the Chamber, her passion for event planning and community engagement made her a natural fit for the position.
Dawn Pritiskutch Named Finance & Administrative Coordinator
The Chamber has also welcomed Dawn Pritiskutch as its new Finance & Administrative Coordinator.Pritiskutch, a graduate of Keystone College with a degree in accounting, began transitioning into the role on a part-time basis in late May before moving into full-time employment in early June.
Before joining the Chamber, she spent 10 years as purchasing manager at Pioneer Pole Buildings in Schuylkill Haven. She also previously held accounting, purchasing and accounts payable roles with Reading Anthracite and Kane Warehousing.
The Chamber said Pritiskutch brings extensive experience in financial systems, purchasing operations, customer relations and administrative management, providing a strong foundation for overseeing the organization’s accounting and financial functions.
The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce currently serves more than 810 member businesses and organizations throughout Schuylkill County and beyond.
