Members of the Schuylkill County Industrial Development Authority (SCIDA) Board of Directors met on January 21 to conduct official business, release the Authority’s annual report, and mark a leadership transition as departing Chair and current Treasurer David Snyder formally passed the gavel to incoming Chair Jack Reilly.
