* TIMING ...SNOW HAS TAPERED TO JUST SCATTERED FLURRIES. WIND CHILLS WILL BE DANGEROUSLY LOW TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS ...TRAVEL MAY BE SLOWED SIGNIFICANTLY DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND PERIODS OF POOR VISIBILITY. DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS TONIGHT COULD CAUSE FROSTBITE TO EXPOSED SKIN AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA.
