The Republican Herald is reporting that Pottsville Police executed a warrant this morning at 517 W. Race St. just before 9.

Ashland Man Charged with Indecent Assault

WNEP is reporting tonight that police arrested Thursday, Shawn Schlaugh, 20, of Ashland on charges of indecent assault.

The charges stem from an incident with a 14 year old girl.  Per the report, Schlaugh may face more charges for 4 separate incidents.

He is currently locked up on $15,000 bail.

Crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Route 209 near Port Carbon in the area of Boardman Brothers this evening just after 6:30pm.

According to multiple reports, the State Police have charged a Minersville woman with DUI related to a crash in September.
