According to West Hazleton Police, on July 20 2015, just after 10pm, officers pulled over a vehicle for a shattered taillight. While conducting the traffic stop, officers discovered probable cause to conduct a search of the vehicle. The search revealed a passenger was attempting to conceal narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
The passenger, Stephen Lawrence Usalis, 22, of Shenandoah, is facing charges related to possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
