Schuylkill Haven Police Looking For Suspicious Males in Tire Slashings

The Schuylkill Haven Police Department is looking for the public's help regarding multiple calls they've received for slashed tires.

According to Chief Jeff Walcott, the tire slashings occurred early Tuesday morning between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.  Owners of 13 vehicles found their tires slashed, primarily on the west side of town in the area of Stoyer's Dam and West Columbia St. and West Main St.

The Department reviewed local business surveillance video located near the vandalism and found two suspicious white males who appear to be in their early 20's.

One of the males was wearing a two tone hoodie and jeans, while the second was wearing light colored tee shirt with shorts.

The video was recorded in the area of West Main St. and St. James St. at 2:17 a.m.

Anyone with information or who may have seen the males are asked to contact the Schuylkill Haven Borough Police Department at (570) 385-9111.
