According to the article, Joshua D. Hanna, 21, Dillsburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, recklessly endangering another person, DUI and other traffic violations.
Police were on the lookout for Hanna's vehicle, for involvement in a crash on Interstate 78, when it was spotted on Route 183 near the Schuylkill County/Berk County Line.
A chase began and ended after Hanna crashed his vehicle while fleeing in Schuylkill Haven.
