Federal prosecutors on Thursday charged the former conservation fiscal technician with the Schuylkill Conservation District with embezzling more than $450,000 from the organization over the course of 6 1/2 years.
Kunigonis has agreed to plead guilty to a charge of theft from programs receiving federal funds.
