Around 6:00pm Tuesday evening, emergency personnel were called to the Northbound lanes of Interstate 81 for a vehicle fire.
The fire which occurred at milemarker 102 closed the northbound lanes for over an hour.
Just before 7:30pm, traffic began moving again but was still backlogged.
