According to Ashland Police, Leshan Shi, 54, of 937 Centre Street, Ashland was cited after an incident at Boyer’s Supermarket in Ashland on February 15, 2016 around 9:00am.
Shi was observed by store management changing the price tag on a $30 package of beef and replacing it with a price tag for $11.63.
Shi was charged with Retail Theft - Alter Label or Pricing Marking.
