Frackville Borough Police have filed Prohibiting Nuisances, under the borough ordinance against Roeny Dorville.

Dorville had been advised on multiple occasions about his property being in violation with borough codes.
The above charge will be answered by Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale.

On May 3, 2017 Frackville Borough Police were called to respond to the Unity Mart for a male armed with a knife.
Police were given a description of the actor, who could not be located in the area at that time.
Pennsylvania State police then located the male who was identified by this department as Michael Jessman.
Jessman was in possession of two knives at this time.
Jessman is charged with one count Prohibited Offensive Weapons, and one count of Disorderly Conduct.
All charges will be answered by Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale.
