The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven reported that Robert Nicholas Spann, 28, and Devine T. MARKS, 30, of Pottsville ere arrested for the Robbery and shooting of Devin Andresen, 22,last Thursday.
Marks was charges with Robbery, Theft and Conspiracy for Theft and Robbery.
Spann was charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Attempted 3rd Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Possessing Instruments of a Crime, Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
