Three Face Charges After Traffic Stop
Three people were charged by Saint Clair police after a traffic stop around 9:55 a.m. Aug. 3 at 15 W. Franklin St., St. Clair.
According to Police, Renee M. Austerberry, 31, of Saint Clair, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license-DUI related.
Police said Austerberry was driving a Nissan Altima that was reported stolen by Gloria Austerberry who said her daughter was driving the vehicle without permission.
As a result of the stop and a search of the vehicle, passenger, Devon Andrew Geiger, 18, of Saint Clair, was charged with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia while another passenger, Angel Ann Pohronezny, 30, of Lehighton, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
