Saint Clair Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 61 and Wade Road, at approximately 430 PM on January 15, 2018.
An occupant inside the vehicle was discovered to have an outstanding criminal arrest warrant from the Tamaqua Police Department for fraud related charges.
The occupant, Stephanie Parliament of Tamaqua was detained at the Saint Clair Police Department until custody was transferred to Tamaqua Police Department.
