According to police, Kathleen Keeth, 38, of Mahanoy City was taken into custody Sunday evening in the 200 Block of East Mahanoy Ave.
Keeth was found to have a felony arrest warrant out of Rush Twp Police for shoplifting and was transferred over to Rush Twp Police for processing.
Keeth now faces summary violations from this evening due to her being found in the street with an alcoholic beverage.
