If you were a massage therapy client of the Spa at McCann and you have been lamenting the closure of that business, you are in luck.
The staff from the former Spa at McCann have branched out to a new business; The Spa at the Plaza, recently opened in Kings Plaza in Minersville.
“The same staff are offering the same services in the new location, 14 Kings Village Plaza in Minersville, at very close to the same price point,” said Spa Coordinator, Erica Boyer.
Customers have been pleasantly surprised that we have been able to keep prices for services very close to the former rates and through a partnership with Berks Technical Institute (BTI), we continue to offer services performed by massage therapy students at the student rates, said Boyer.
According to Shannon Brennan, former McCann Administrator and Owner of The Spa at the Plaza, “When we realized that McCann would close, starting a new business seemed like an opportunity to preserve some jobs, while continuing to make reasonably priced massage therapy services available to the community. said Brennan” After an exhaustive search, the new location in Kings Village Plaza was selected. The new Spa offers 5 treatment rooms, customer loyalty discounts, senior discounts, and a variety of seasonal specials; including the new and very popular CBD Massage.
