Around 8:00am, Wednesday, State Troopers received a called for pigs running down the middle of Route 924 near Brandonville.
The Schuylkill County Animal Response Team was called and was able to catch two of the pigs which were found to be female and pregnant.
SCART is attempting to catch the third and is asking the public not to attempt to capture or lure the third.
The two captured pigs are currently being held at the Ruth Steinhart SPCA.
Authorities say they believe the pigs were abandoned.
